What Reecomm Inspection
Covers
Our inspection is not a checklist of surface observations. It is a structured 11-category evaluation — scored, photographed, and documented by trained, independent inspectors. Here is what every report examines.

Engine & Powertrain
Assesses engine health, fuel system, oil and coolant leakage, exhaust condition, wiring harness, battery voltage, gearbox, clutch life, and drivetrain integrity.

Mechanical System
Covers steering performance, suspension health, brake pad life, shock absorbers, ABS warning status, and all safety-critical mechanical components.

Exterior Panels & Body
Evaluates every exterior panel for repainting, dents, scratches, and rust — with individual severity ratings and photographic documentation per panel.

Interior & Cabin
Checks AC cooling and heating, infotainment, power windows, central locking, airbags, seat condition, dashboard condition, and odometer reading — with a full interior video.

Structural History
Identifies structural damage, flood damage confirmation, underbody condition, rust presence, and chassis alignment issues.

Tyres & OBD Diagnostics
Measures tread depth in mm for all four tyres plus the spare, records tyre condition ratings, and captures full OBD diagnostic scan results including error codes and emission status.
*EV Battery System inspection is included for electric vehicles — covering battery SoH %, SoC %, charging port condition, BMS warnings, and high-voltage wiring.
Inspection Initiated
A customer raises a request from the listing — the rest is managed through the platform.
Step 1 — Secure Payment
The inspection fee is paid through the platform at the time of request. No payment goes directly to the inspector or consultant.
Step 2 — Inspector Mapping
Reecomm assigns a trained, independent inspector closest to the vehicle's location. Assignment is confirmed within 24 hours of payment.
Step 3 — Inspector Confirmed
The inspector's details and appointment window are shared with both the buyer and the consultant. The inspection is scheduled and locked.
Once initiated, the inspection process is managed entirely by Reecomm. Consultants cannot reschedule or cancel a buyer-requested inspection.

What Inspection Does
Not Cover.
We believe in complete transparency — including being clear about what our inspection does not assess. The Reecomm inspection evaluates current physical and mechanical condition. It is not a prediction, a guarantee, or a substitute for ownership documentation.
Inspection is an evaluation at the time of assessment. It does not act as a future guarantee or warranty instrument.
Future Performance
NON_PREDICTIVEThe inspection documents condition at the time of assessment. It does not predict future mechanical behaviour, component lifespan, or failure probability.
Transaction Outcome
NEUTRAL_ENTITYAn inspection report is a condition assessment tool. Reecomm does not mediate, guarantee, or participate in the financial transaction between buyer and consultant.
Ownership & Logistics
EVAL_ONLYThe inspection does not verify ownership history, outstanding finance, insurance claims, or legal encumbrances on the vehicle.
Warranty Provision
NO_INSURANCEA Reecomm inspection is not a warranty. It does not create any liability for Reecomm or the inspector regarding future vehicle condition.
Disclaimer: Reecomm inspection reports are independent condition assessments. They are designed to inform buyer decisions — not to replace RC verification, insurance records, or legal due diligence.
Inspector Standards
Structured Review Protocol.
Reecomm inspectors are not random third parties. Every inspector assigned through the platform operates under a defined review protocol — ensuring consistency, accountability, and report quality across every inspection.
Protocol Pillars
Buyer Value Report
Every report is written with the buyer's decision in mind. Inspectors document what a buyer needs to know — condition, scores, flags, and photographs — in a format that is clear without being technical.
Inspector Sign-off
Every report carries the inspector's digital sign-off, date of inspection, and location. Inspection identity is recorded on the platform and cannot be modified after submission.
Re-evaluation Support
If a buyer raises a concern about the inspection findings, they can flag it through the platform. Reecomm will review the report and, if warranted, arrange a re-evaluation at no additional cost.
Inspection audit trails are preserved.
Every inspection request, assignment, report submission, and flag is logged on the platform. If a dispute arises, the full audit trail is available for review.
